MEMBERSHIP PROCESS
STEP 1: Purchase your Membership from packages below.
Step 2: Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email from INTIX confirming your purchase. You can check your membership in the INTIX app under the membership tab.

Step 3: CBA will assign your seat/s and communicate via email by February 27, 2026. Your seat will have a customised sticker that you cannot miss!
Step 4: Prior to the 2026 season, membership lanyards will be available for collection which will be scanned to gain entry to all home games for the 2026 season (excluding finals). Membership lanyards will be customised with your name and seat number.

SEATING ALLOCATION
In order to maximise our seating capacity, CBA will be allocating Member seats for Foundation and Reserved memberships.
All memberships purchased in the one transaction will be seated next to each other (excluding unforeseen circumstances). CBA will accommodate members wanting to sit next to certain people (e.g. friends) where possible. Please email requests to nbl1@cougarfamily.com, noting that requests may not be met due to feasibility.

BLUE MEMBERSHIP – GA ACCESS TO EVERY HOME GAME!
Blue membership ONLY provides access to each home game and does not get you a reserved seat.
Limited memberships available, this will not last long, and also include:
- Non-reserved access to each home game (excluding finals)
- Priority access to playoff & grand final tickets
- Early game night entry – means you’ll always have first chance to grab a great spot to catch your Cougars in action!

How can I have a reserved seat?
Reserved seats are only assigned to Gold members. Blue memberships will provide access to each home game without reserved seating.
Does Blue Membership provide me access to each home game?
Yes, Blue Membership provides non-reserved access to each home game of the season (excluding finals). Members will also enjoy early entry through door 2, allowing for priority access each game night.
Can I use a member's seat if they are not in attendance?
All seats may be utilised by Blue members or the public. However, if a Gold member arrives, the seat must be vacated for them.
Can someone else use my membership?
Only Gold members can transfer their membership via our Give Back Option, allowing members to provide tickets to families who may not be able to afford them.
Can I pick my own seat?
Due to grandstand capacity the CBA will assign all Gold Memberships to ensure that there are no gaps throughout the grandstand.
How can I have seats assigned next to our friends?

How do I know which seat is mine?
All gold members will receive their seat number via email by February 27, 2026. Seats will have a customised sticker with your name and your membership lanyard will also have your seat number on it!
When can I collect my membership lanyard?
Following announcement of reserved seating, CBA will communicate when lanyards are ready for collection. These can be collected from the Den between 10am – 5pm.
Do I need a printed ticket to enter the game?
No, you can enter with either a membership lanyard, printed ticket or your digital ticket from the INTIX app.
