Dear Cougar Family,
Today, the WA Government gave an indication that in the next 24 hours they will provide advice on how we ease out of lockdown after 6pm tomorrow.
Following this advice, we will take direction from Basketball WA and provide our community with the next steps we plan to take.
We ask for your patience, as all WA Associations are unique and will make decisions following different processes. Some have already made decisions at the time of writing this.
We will be as considered and measured as we can be, with information conveyed once we receive official advice.
Priority in providing information will be to the parts of our community most likely to be impacted first over the weekend, before providing further advice to those who would be impacted in the early stages of next week.
We remain focused on a safe return to the basketball court in as efficient a manner as possible, in line with State Government direction.
